The Legal Services Department is a Section of NBTI saddled with the responsibilities of Legal
Advices to the Board and Technology Incubation Centres (TICs). The Legal Department is made up of
Nine (9) accredited Lawyers.
The Legal Services Department is basically accountable for all legal matters such as litigations,
Investigations, ensuring strict compliance to the provisions of the Laws of the Federation of
Nigeria and conducting of due diligence to the Board (i.e verification of certificate) and other
documents.
