National Board for Technology Incubation headed by the Director General/ CEO, Dr. Patricia Uchenna Chukwu paid a courtesy visit to the National Building and Road Research Institute.

She made known in her remarks that there should be a synergy between the agencies under the Ministry, and thus, she is embarking on a  courtesy visit to all the sister agencies, this is to enable them share ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration.

She went further to explain how she identifies NBRRI to be one of the key stakeholders in the area of collaboration and also in the commercialization of research and development as well as upgrading indigenous talents in Nigeria.

Dr. Chukwu said she is confident that the combined efforts of NBTI and NBRRI would pave the way for a brighter and more technologically advanced Nigeria, harnessing the power of research and development. 

The Director General National Building and Road Research Institute Engr. Prof. Matawal, in response, appreciates Dr. Chukwu and her team for the visit, and he reiterates that all they do is research and come up with innovations.

NBRRI has a lot of innovations on the shelf waiting to be commercialized, and thus, he  is welcoming the national board for technology incubation with open hands to help commercialize their innovations.
