She served as the Pioneer Centre Manager of the Technology Incubation Centre in Nnewi for many years, where her leadership and vision laid the foundation for innovation and growth. Her excellence in this role led to her appointment as the Pioneer Zonal Director of the South East Zone of the National Board for Technology Incubation, a position that further solidified her reputation as a leader in technology-driven innovation and advancement in commercialization of R&Ds that made her the Director General/CEO of the National Board for Technology Incubation.
