The Department like all other departments of the Board assist the Director General/CEO in the coordination of all the activities of the Board, Zones and Centres to ensure the implementation of the Boards mandate and adequate service delivery.

- Appointment, Promotion and Discipline (AP and D) Division: Managing the human capital of the NBTI is a core function of this division.
